Workshop - Acrylics Without Brushes
Glynis Learmonth specialises in using acrylic to create paintings of the natural world. She often uses all sorts of things other than brushes to achieve the effect she seeks. Bring along greaseproof paper, card, sponges, sticks, credit cards, toothbrushes and anything else you think you can use to ‘paint’ and Glynis will show how you can use her techniques to create a bold and vivid painting of a flower. You will need a photo of a flower and as this is quite a messy technique, make sure your clothes are covered and you bring newspaper to cover the tables.
